ChiroPulse chiropractic software offers a complete practice management solution at an affordable price. Their chiropractic office software features an integrated appointment scheduler, insurance and patient billing with electronic claims capabilities, SOAP note generator, practice statistics and marketing information, voice-enabled dictation and multi-user capabilities. At the time of this review, ChiroPulse software was retailing for $1,600.00 for a single user license which comes with 30 days of free technical support. Additional user licenses are available at a cost of $900.00 per user.

An annual support plan can also be purchased for a very reasonable $400.00 (single) plus $100 per additional user. We highly recommend doctors purchase a software support plan, especially if the plan is reasonably priced and includes all software updates. Trust us, you will have questions and problems that arise throughout the year. ChiroPulse also offers a "per incident" support plan where charges run from $35 - $100 per incident. Overall, we feel this system is affordably priced and offers the features required for most chiropractic offices. Title: Great for the price but with some major flaws

We currently use pulse and heres what we like and hate about it.

Like:
Inexpensive $300/year per computer.  It doesn't get much better than that.
Relatively complete set up tools.
Okay EHR package built in.
Let's you use your own clearing house.

Dislike:
Can't design your own report.
Not cloud based.
Not compliant for MR.
Autocoding visits requires each visit that the ICD codes point to the CPT codes rather than a template.
Support is via email...sometimes fast...sometimes not.
Occasionally boots you out of the system.

All in all a decent system at a great price.  However, it's not the cream of the crop.

I would give ChiroPulse chiropractic software an even more negative rating if I could. I inherited this software along with a practice I purchased. I can not begin to explain just how awful it is dealing with this company. Installing it onto my computer was a 3 hour ordeal that ended up with me waiting hours for Chiropulse to call me (always from a BLOCKED number - there isn't even a customer service contact # that you can call) to fix the mess of installing this program. Their customer service is awful and they will respond with the simplest response possible to your most complicated questions. I am currently in the process of starting with another software. I can't wait to get rid of this headache!
