We love this software.  It came after another that was much harder to implement.  All our questions, needs, and even some of those we didn't know we had have been answered.  
It's like the designer for this software worked in our office then went away to write it for us.  Our NP who worked in major ER's compared it to Epic.  She knows what she's talking about.

I switched to this software after our old system was having glitches that was costing us time and money.  This system has been a breeze to use!  They are very helpful with training and setting up the system.  We've been using it for 6 weeks now and already I've seen huge improvements in our billing, reconciling EOB's and scheduling.  The billing system is great, it shows when you billed statements out, the bills are easy to read and understand.  Reconciling EOB's has been so much faster with ChiroSpring!  I can complete them myself over an hour, where it would take a staff member a whole morning to complete before.  Scheduling is very user friendly, the text reminder feature is great!
Overall a great system and getting even better as they do free updates very regularly!  Very happy we switched!!

I have used multiple EHR's, and this one is by far the most user friendly!  It is an all in 1 software that allows me to access it everywhere without having to remotely connect.  Another huge benefit is it is cross platform, so it doesn't matter if you are have PC's or Mac's.  Anytime you are looking to invest money into a software, you want to make sure that they have great tech support, and that they provide regular updates.  What I found is that many other EHR's out there were lacking in this field.  It was a very outdated software, and they were not updating it regularly.  The Chirospring team has always been very prompt with their responses to questions or concerns.  I recommend Chirospring to anyone looking for a user friendly and powerful EHR!

We have been using ChiroSpring for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. We spent years researching software company after software company looking for the perfect fit but, nothing had everything we were looking for.  When I first had a demo of ChiroSpring it seemed too good to be true.  It had everything we had been looking for and it all made sense.  It felt like it was actually designed by a Chiropractor.  We were hesitant to switch because it is such a big commitment but, it was well worth it.  We have been able to reduce our office staff because the billing is so complete and easy.  Our collections went from 78% to 92% in three months.  The notes are easy, intuitive and very customizable.  And, above all the customer support is exceptional.  I have never dealt with a more honest, loyal company.  ChiroSpring is truly a quality company and we are so very thankful to have found them.

Every time I encounter a question or need troubleshooting the customer service always does an outstanding job of helping me out. Last time I called, I had a question that the rep didn't know. She found the answer and called me back quickly; all while being very pleasant to deal with.

First of all, I want to say that I am no computer genius. I have used paper SOAPs up until about 6 months ago. My practice started to get busier and I needed a way to write SOAPs quicker but did not want to get a complicated system to do this.  I found ChiroSpring and thought I should try their free 7-day trial so I could see how software generates SOAP notes. Not only did I like the software but their support staff is very helpful. Even now that I have purchased the software when I have a question and need to call I don’t get the usual message that they will try to resolve my issue within three business days, like some software’s support staff does. I was actually able to speak with someone that was very helpful and patient with the learning curve I had working with a chiropractic system. Between the ease of learning the software and the support staff ChiroSpring has available I am writing SOAP notes faster then ever before which allows me to spend more time with my patients and less time sitting at my desk handwriting paper SOAPs.

ChiroSpring provides peace of mind as well as the most advanced and complete software at your finger tips. It's huge.You can't put a monetary value on peace of mind but ChiroSpring, with it's many benefits, is golden. ChiroSpring takes most of the stresses of hardware, software and patient data out of your office and off your shoulders.
 
Two benefits of ChiroSpring are the security and simplicity. ChiroSpring provides redundant offsite storage and upkeep of patient data and software. I no longer have to worry about maintaining an office's computer network, chasing network and computer bugs, or updating systems and their software. ChiroSpring takes care of that on their end. From my office, I simply log in.  At times ChiroSpring support will prompt users to reinstall our "office app", a two button process, to benefit from their latest software additions.  It's that easy.  No stress and the software gurus at ChiroSpring are awesome.  Further, all that is required to utilize from the ChiroSpring EHR software is a modern computer and Web access.  Your "office software suite" and data is accessible to you from your office, home, vacation, or wherever you have the need and an available secure computer.  It's beautiful.
  I put "office software suite" in quotations because the term exemplifies previous program's and competing software's failings.  Previous office software I've used was modular.  First you pay for the basic software and it's upkeep.  Then you buy additional modules.  Oh, you want to do billing?  That's $$.  Oh, you want to computerize your scheduling too?  That'll be $$$.  And you want them integrated?!...  Rediculous.   And you pay those people a lot of money.  You would think they could break themselves away from their outdated formats.  
  ChiroSpring is one complete software.  It does everything it's supposed to do, everything necessary and appropriate in a modern practice, everything from the front desk to doctor's notes and straight through checkout and billing.  And Chirospring does it as well if not better than anything else on the market.  And it should.  The developers of ChiroSpring seem to feed off of positive suggestions and request.  The interaction with the ChiroSpring team is positive and rewarding.  They seem to like their product and their patrons.
  One advantage the ChiroSpring team had was building a software that from the start utilized today's most modern user interfaces and data storage technologies.  Hand held devises and touch screens are both integral parts of ChiroSpring's common sense approach.  The software itself is intuitive and immediately strikes you with a familiarity common to most of today's handheld computer applications.  On a full PC, it shines even brighter.  My office manager, all ready a happy person, has been grinning from ear to ear for months now.  Her job is considerably easier.  Time previously spent on billing and patient folders can now go to patient communication and marketing.  
  From a practitioner's stand point, my job is easier too.  Documenting patient data and SOAPs is fluid and efficient.  The software's interface and data stream rational comes across as one designed by a chiropractor.  I think it was.  It is not haphazard or piecemeal.  The software is polished and perfected for the chiropractic office.  From subjective findings to objective test and observations to diagnostics, treatment, scheduling and billing.  It all flows and with each patient, i's are dotted and t's are crossed.  ChiroSpring has helped us with provision of services, maintaining scheduled progress exams and scheduling.  It's helped our bottom dollar. 
  Speaking of dollars, I saved quite a few the day our front office's main computer broke down.  I simply grabbed a lap top from my office, logged in and we were up and running.  No practice interruption, no data loss, no stress.  That's ChiroSpring.
  I know that I sound like a paid geek. I am not. I am very grateful to have found ChiroSpring.  Aside from providing the best EHR Chiropractic software available, they at ChiroSpring are genuine, good hearted people, invested in their product and a pleasure to work with.  I and my staff appreciate the ChiroSpring team very much.

I have worked in the medical field, particularly for chiropractors, for over 13 years and was very pleased how efficient and user friendly ChrioSpring software is. The training video's, manual, and virtual training's were incredibly easy to follow and understand. The software has the right amount of crucial details that are needed for chiropractic care. The updates have been a breeze to complete and the support department always gives us notice of changes or updates that will be made.  My experience with costumer service and tech support has been stress free in communicating with some of the friendliest professional and very helpful specialist addressing my concerns immediately. Myself and our patients are very satisfied with the new printable forms and reports. It is truly the best medical software I have used and highly recommend it for all chiropractic offices!

As the GM of a high volume personal injury chiropractic office, I had just a few crucial requirements in choosing an EHR software.  The first requirement was speed in finishing a soap note while still producing a quality soap that is compliant.  ChiroSpring does a great job of meeting those needs.  ChiroSpring is very streamlined and efficient. Secondly, I needed something easy! When hiring new employees, I did not want a six week training period on the software alone.  We have a full staff of ten employees.  They all caught on within one day up to one week, ages ranging from 18 to 47.  They offer a beautiful demo that helps everyone practice and make mistakes on before jumping into the pristine real version they set you up with.  Also, the setup is very simple and quick! Lastly, immediate technical support was a huge deal for me.  I am comfortable with the office suite and basic technical issues; however I am in no way a techy person.  ChiroSpring has held my hand through the entire process, as soon as I have a question they respond promptly.  ChiroSpring is very passionate about their product and it shows in the quality and care they provide.  Before I found ChiroSpring, I must say I did start out going with a different similar touch screen software company in the beginning of my search. I trusted since I have seen their ad’s forever that they would have been the latest and greatest.  Just the opposite …..just to get the office computers, server and software set up and ready to download the EHR software, was costly and time consuming.   The cost to do that was not even the cost of the software. I recommend ChiroSpring and I believe if you go with them, you will be happy you did. **I think it is important to say that I do not work for ChiroSpring and I do not benefit in any way from this posting.

I think chiropractic software by ChiroSpring is new on this site, and I was invited to post an honest review.  I first ran into ChiroSpring as a chiropractic student when I was planning to take over an existing practice that needed some modernizing.  I wasn’t particularly thrilled with the program we used in school, so I started looking around for something that could help me manage my practice without too much hassle.  I also wanted something I could use for my entire career without the program getting outdated.  I looked at four other programs, got demos, and talked pricing.  In the end, I went with ChiroSpring because the software did everything I wanted, it was easy to understand, allowed me to work on my Mac, and was really a good value. 

Like anything new, the software took some getting used to.  But I think that’s because it was designed differently than the software we used in school.  You get the hang of it really quick, and it works really smooth once you do.  I still use ChiroSpring today and I’m very happy with it.  I’d definitely recommend it, particularly for new grads who want modern software at a really good price.
