If you are looking for EMR software do yourself a favor and
look elsewhere. The program is very
slow, and doesn’t communicate well with Chiro 8000.
It appears not to be written by the same programmers as
Chiro 8000 and it feels like a beta test.
It is buggy, unreliable, and primitive.
I spoke with their “customer service” representatives about
the notes not being saved and how this would present huge legal problems. They said I needed a letter from my
Malpractice insurance company to state we need to have accurate notes. I almost fell over.
If you want your patients to be complaining about the
program to your front staff buy this program. It will be the main topic in your
office until you decide to get rid of it.
