Mid West Software solutions offers ChiroChart,
a chiropractic software application designed to generate a variety of
reports including daily chiropractic SOAP notes, initial examinations, auto
accident reports, worker's compensation reports and x-ray reports. Their EMR
also uses a tabbed system which we really like as it saves time and presents a
better overall picture for the doctor. ChiroChart also seems to be optimized
for the Tablet PC, which can run the user an additional $2,000 or more. Mid
West offers no additional information about the cost of their system or any
