Overall Rating
Our practice has used this software for 8 years. We were very happy with the company and the product until the past year. Some reorganization at the executive level has caused this company to go down hill very quickly. For many years, support was top notch. Now you cannot get anyone competent on the phone -- if you get anyone at all.
