I had the good fortune to stumble on to this software package late in my chiropractic career and I have only had the pleasure to use it for a year.  Here's what you need to know about it: This is by far the best system out there, bar none. This is a hefty claim, but I have used and examined other systems, and whereas all that are out there have their good and bad points, FCO HAS NO BAD POINTS. Because the program is entirely customizeable, if you don't like something, you can change it.  You need a template for an exam, you build it and it's there at a click. This is the software for the entrepreneur who wants full control of what goes out of the office with his/her name on it.  If all you looked at were the price point alone, you might, as I was, be inclined to be skeptical. Don't be. This is the most elegant program I have ever seen, and you customize it on the fly, as you are seeing patients.  
Perhaps you're with a patient, you've just completed a visit, and you're entering notes and you think: "hey, I need a macro for this procedure." So, you build it, and it's there, ready for you.  Client support is unparalleled in the industry, and the notes are bullet proof, because YOU made them that way.  
I cannot say enough about how much I have enjoyed using this system.  Get it - you won't be disappointed.
 

We were using a web based software that was not user friendly at all. We found for Chiropractors Only about 4 months ago we love it. It is easy to use and the support is amazing. It does everything for you as long as the data you entered is done correctly. I love the electronic 1500 CMS forms all the info is there all you need to do is build them and print them or electrically file them, It is a breeze. This has saved me much time and labor. I want to thank Scott for all the time he has spent with me setting up our program and finding easy to use features in the software :) 

Our office would just like to tell you how very pleased we are with Versatile Software Systems, For Chiropractors Only, as well as with the support generated by its employees. I have only been using this chiropractic software for two weeks as I am new in the office; however, I have found the EHR software to be incredibly user-friendly as well as easy to maneuver through and pick up on. The program is quite intuitive and I am finding that many of the features are genuinely self-explanatory, which is always a plus when you work in a fast-past, medical environment. One huge benefit to their programs is that any errors that could potentially be made seem to be easily correctable!! The VSS program, For Chiropractors Only, is easy to use and has a clean and graphical interface; however, more importantly, it works. I have worked in several physician offices and never utilized a program that was as easily interpreted. The graphics are clean and non-intimidating to “newbies” such as me and I have discovered that whatever your practice requires, Versatile Software Systems has a feature to accommodate!! I would highly recommend Versatile Software System, For Chiropractors Only, to anyone needing powerful, easy to use tools in a chiropractic setting. In addition, I must compliment the technical support as they respond with quick and incredibly efficient assistance every time you call. In my experience they have never left a call without a resolution nor have I ever felt like a burden, even when I have called several times in a day!!
