Genesis chiropractic software is a complete practice management solution for the chiropractic
profession. They offer an integrated web-based office solution that includes
chiropractic billing services, scheduling, documentation and EHR functionality.
Genesis'
scheduling module offers automated patient appointment reminders through text,
email and phone (for an additional fee). Providers can set reminders for
upcoming appointments and missed appointments. There is also included support
for multi-practices, muti-providers, task management, specific appointment
types and a variety of scheduling reports.
Documentation is seamlessly integrated into Genesis software. Chiropractors are able to complete SOAP notes in just 15 seconds and share these notes with other providers instantly. The documentation module is not as complete as some of the other chiropractic software solutions on the market today, but does allow for some end-user customization that providers will find useful. Genesis chiropractic billing software offers a centralized billing office that gives providers access to their financial data from one login. In other words, Genesis performs all billing and claims management services offsite at their corporate office. This eliminates the need for providers to hire in house billing personnel. The downside to this is that the fees can get quite expensive as they keep a percentage of your overall collections in addition to charging monthly subscription fees. For larger practices this type of setup may be optimal, while smaller to mid-size practices may find it more advantageous to perform in house billing using current staff.

Absolutely love the ease and functionality of Genesis Chiropractic Software! There are many different reasons why we love the software, but one of the most unique and convenient features for me is how well it works with our corrective care/posture based practice.I not only practice posture/corrective based chiropractic but I also teach chiropractors on how to properly evaluate/screen the spine.
I have conducted hundreds of spinal screenings, and trained hundreds of chiropractors to do spinal screenings, and the integration of the posture screen mobile into the Genesis Software is priceless. Literally, at the push of a button, all the info from our screening/posture check goes right into the system. I love it!I would highly recommend this software to all my friends and colleagues in the chiropractic profession. The software is number 1, and the people and service behind it are top notch. As a chiropractic software company CEO, I am impressed with the flexibility their solution offers. They were able to integrate with my PostureScreen Mobile working with our development time quickly and efficiently. Since I am no longer in practice, I rely on my end users for feedback, and those using the Genesis software have had nothing but glowing reviews about their ease of use, technical support team, and overall improvement in their clinics' work flow efficiency.
