Our entire staff enjoys the ease of use, and the support offered by Herfert. I have been using Herfert for the past 8 or so years, and after having other programs before that, there is no comparison. Herfert is the top!!!

We are a very diverse holistic healthcare office and have tried numerous chiropractic programs. We are not a very computer savvy group but have always been more than satisfied with the customer support from Herfert software. They continue to make updates, and were ready well ahead of the ICD10 launch. We have implemented part of what the program offers and have always been respected and graciously helped with our tech questions. I would highly recommend them to any office that is considering installing or upgrading their software.

Herfert Software is really user friendly. Our office changed computer systems without any inconvenience to our clients or staff. We were able to use the help menu within the software for any additional training. The billing system is easy to use and it easy to use for A/R purposes. We have referred this software to new and associate doctors opening up practices. The use of this system has increased our collection flow. The reports are very detailed and help with tracking of all practice aspects.

I have been managing Robbins Chiropractic for nearly 20 years and have used Herfert the whole time. I can't say enough about how Herfert Software's accuracy, ease of use and staff support have helped our office. The programmers and staff are on top of changes in insurance procedures and laws, creating updates to comply with them. They are readily available if you ever have questions or need assistance and are happy to adjust your program for any unique or specific needs your office has. I recommend Herfert Software to all Chiropractic offices. If you're not using it, you're working too hard.

We have been using Herfert Software for several years with very few problems. The system is easy to use. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. They provide excellent training, updates and notifications concerning government changes needing our compliance. Their monthly newsletter contains information about the changes in the software, upcoming events and tips on how to use various features. When needed, they are only a phone call away and always resolve the issue immediately.The integrity of Herfert is exemplified by its business practices, attention to detail within the software and, most importantly, the knowledge and personable staff.
