MediSoft is a product of Per-Se Technologies.
They currently have more than 70,000 providers using their billing and
scheduling software. MediSoft is essentially a billing and scheduling system
with some additional features to help your practice run smoothly. If you are
only looking for billing and scheduling software for your chiropractic office,
this may be your best bet.
MediSoft does not feature a report writing module for chiropractic SOAP notes and narrative reports, nor is it capable of functioning as an EHR (electronic health records) system which allows for a paperless office. They do not list the price of their software on their website, but their annual support plan will run you around $900.00 per year. For complete and detailed information, visit MediSoft Chiropractic Billing Software. Be sure to tell them that ChiroMonkey.com sent you!

Converted to newest version with a brand new computer. The first reseller azcomp installed it and converted the data. When we could not bill they claimed I had to use McKesson clearinghouse or pay them $2000 to allow it to work with our clearinghouse. I decided to not pay the ransom and had the clearinghouse resolve the issue in about 10 minutes. The whole program crashed months later. I hired another reseller to fix the problem. They claimed corrupt data and said all our data was lost.
We re entered data for over 40 hours and the program crashed again and tech support claimed it was the McAfee program which was not even running and we lost all our data again. Called McKesson and after hours on hold and disconnections was told they would call back. Still waiting far a call and looking into new programs.
