Platinum Systems is a full practice management
solution designed specifically for the chiropractic profession. Platinum Systems
is a Canadian-based company founded by Mr. Claude Côté. Platinum System
presents a new organizational structure adapted to the chiropractic clinics.
The complete system offers a total of 10 integrated modules including
reception/administration management, document management, arrivals management,
patient calling, x-ray and posture analysis, electronic travel card,
communication, recall, clinic diagnosis and backup. Two additional modules are
also available. These include vertebral thermography evaluation and
pre-authorized payment.
When we called the company's support line, we were placed on hold for more than 10 minutes and were constantly reminded that most calls are answered immediately. When we finally reached a representative and inquired about pricing, we were told that we had to call another number (which we did and received a voice mail). The representative we spoke with explained that the cost of the system was around "$700.00 per month" and was unsure as to how many months the term of the contract was.
To implement the Platinum System, one needs to purchase not only their software, but an additional server, sign-in computer, adjustment room computers, and up to two front-desk computers! The cost of this system can add up very quickly. In our opinion, the system is a bit excessive for the needs of most doctors, and similar features and functionality can be found in other systems costing much less. When we first got into the market for EHR system, we had no clue what to go with. We had referrals from other efficient offices to use the Platinum software. After testing multiple softwares, we can honestly say, Platinum is the most efficient hands down. The software is very organized, does so much more than we could ever ask for and the service is great.
We wouldn't dare to use anything else for our office that needs a very efficient EHR software.

We've used Platinum since 2009 and it is a great asset to our practice. It does take time to learn all the features but they work well. Customer support is great and quick. We using integrated credit card billing and insurance billing and they work great to. Would like for it to be more customizable but I'm sure this is difficult for any software. Highly recommend!

Platinum is easiest software to learn to use and it gets the job done. It's great for high volume and low volume offices. It's easy to see which room is next for an adjustment and all of the information you need is in the system. I would highly recommend to all new office and old offices alike.

We absolutely love Platinum! It is one of our greatest team members as we serve and care for people. It allows our office to remain extremely efficient while being able to give quality care and remain intentional with every single person! I would highly recommend this product to everyone!

I could not give a lower rating in regards to customer service, functionality, support, etc... I don't know how this company has continued to stay in business. They over-promise and under-deliver in every area. If you have a question or a concern they could not care less. It is as if they feel no one can affect them.
I am connected with so many great people and companies within the industry so when someone is corrupt it really stands out. I never give reviews but I feel it would be a huge disservice not to warn other chiropractors about their unacceptable standard of care to the chiropractic profession and the like.

This is by far the worst chiropractic product I've ever used. Yes, they do answer the phone almost immediately, but when I say it takes hours to manage billing to what takes an hour or minutes in other softwares - I am not exaggerating. It is the most inefficient time consuming product I've used in the past 15 years. Trust me any money they might "save" you , you will spend on billing some other way.
Also, ICD-10 will be in full effect in less than 6 months and the only response Platinum has is "they are rolling out an update for ICD-10 but they don't know when, and they don't know what it will be" . While the other industry leaders have already created and supplied the updates and internal preparation is underway.
PLEASE do not listen to people who do not know what they don't know! This software is NOT in your best interest. As a matter of fact, as of October 1, 2015 my office will discontinue use of this product for any client.

Platinum System is a great software for chiropractors and easy to use. It has many robust features, I have been working with the product for over 10 years. It has a great support staff, unlike the ChiroMonkey review suggests I almost always get a live person and if I don't, I can leave a message and will get a call back within 30 minutes. The price is also misquoted here as well as it is not $700 per month but less than $10,000. If you are looking for a fast, efficient, great tech support, easy customizable SOAP notes for your chiropractic office and everything on just two screens this is the program for you.
