I had looked around for a while but found no software that was easy to use. This is simple. Support packages are kinda outrageous in my opinion. There's is not. When I don't understand their support team responds within 2 hours and the issue is always resolved by the end of the phone call. Personality, Love, and Passion for their customers is all I have to say.

Easy to setup. Cost is great. Provides all of the functions that I need as a small chiropractic office.  

This software has a built in area to receive electronic EOBs. Our old software did not have this and I must say it's a really nice feature. Usually the billing side of practice management software gets a bit neglected as most software companies look to sell more to the doctor than they do the staff. Chirofusion has a decent billing platform that makes my job a whole lot easier.

This software is very user friendly compared to other software I have used. Software setup and Customer service has been very helpful. I like that the claims clearinghouse is integrated into the software for submitting and tracking claims. I am very happy with my experience so far. I have used several other programs in the past, and this one is the easiest to use. The live training was extremely helpful to get started. I appreciate that the clearinghouse is integrated into the software to provide a seamless experience for claim submission and tracking.

The pros to this software are ridiculous!! If you've ever used any other program and wondered... "Gosh I wonder if there is any other software out there that can handle our office reports, patient accounts, billing, soap notes and insurance compliance with ease... Look no further. And they haven't stopped there. They're making it better and better all the time. In due time, this software will be out front and center as the word gets out. Love it.Can't thank this team of developers enough for understanding how to make an EHR simple, user friendly and effective to get your billing out on a daily basis. No more bullsh*t backlogs. No more "training" for weeks and months because we need to "understand how it works". This software has 4 videos to watch for setup process specific to you and your office. After that... Your done. I went through 5 different EHR programs before I found this one and when you find the right one... You'll know instantly if it's the right one for you. You won't find a better price for the value as well.Another thing... Their service is ridiculous with how fast they respond. You can tell they really care.

ChiroFusion is so much more intuitive to use than the other software that I've used in the past. In the 17 years of practice fumbling around with clunky software, I'm so glad that a cloud based user friendly program like this is available...and for a very reasonable price. Great customer service and tons better training than what I went through with Chirotouch...I'm so glad that I switched over to ChiroFusion.

We just started our online intake forms. You guys continue to rock at chiro EHR! Thanks for keeping our overhead low by creating a great software! No extra staff needed and cuts down on computer time. I spend more time treating!

The growth and improvements made since then has made this a Rockstar of Chiro EHR! The billing and A/R section is designed to flow well from start to finish. We were able to free our practice of a billing company that costs a lot of money for minimal work.

ChiroFusion has made our administrative lives so much easier as we were coming from an EHR that seemed so complicated, ChiroFusion really helped simplify our office protocols and alleviate the added stress so we could better focus on patient care. The staff and trainers are top notch.

The best part about this software is the simplicity of use and integration of online intake forms. 

Pros: Ease of use. Super user friendly! Designed by a chiropractor. Very good. Friendly trainers and good solid software.

Cons: I haven't come across any of of yet.
