ChiroTouch offers EHR software for chiropractors. The latest release, ChiroTouch Version 5.2,
has received complete ONC-ATCB certification. This certification is required in
order to receive Medicare Meaningful Use incentives. Chiropractors interested in obtaining these incentives are required by law to use a certified EHR software.
ChiroTouch is designed for offices with one to twenty-five providers. It is a full practice management solution that combines electronic health records, chiropractic billing, patient scheduling, outcomes assessments, and inventory management in a single, integrated suite. The EHR has custom templates for chiropractors, along with image management, dynamic SOAP notes, and real-time patient flow with room management capabilities. The EHR provides lab integration and wireless support, and can be used on a PC or on an iPad through the CTProvider iPad app.
ChiroTouch's billing application features eligibility inquiry, claim scrubbing, automated batch posting, DME billing, workers’ compensation billing, and other capabilities. The scheduling application has appointment reminders, room scheduling, patient messaging, and a patient portal. The entire system is HIPAA compliant. I've used this program for the past 7 years and I would not recommend this program to another chiropractic office!! Customer support usually takes forever or is not helpful; they release updates that cause frequent error messages and each new app is expensive. There are many better programs out there that are more user friendly and don't rely on the end user to do a lot of the work in setting up the program such as macros for charting and a complete list of diagnostic and CPT codes to use.

At age 78 my main concern was whether I could handle this new generation of software, and how good was their client support. Thanks to the good people at ChiroTouch Support I am now 83 and doing well. Our staff loves the many CT features that make our work easier.
If I have one complaint it is that I may not live long enough to understand and use all the features.

This software helps our office run smoothly! The customer service we have received has been one of our biggest tools. If we have a issue that comes up, I know we will have help fixing it or training on how to overcome it ourselves within the day! Cheryl from the training department feels like an old friend. She is always willing to walk our staff through things in a comprehensive way.

We grudgingly moved to electronic data entry and EHR. We used modified medical programs in the past, free software from our clearinghouse, and other specialized chiropractic software. All the other software was just difficult to use, no logical patterns for a Chiropractor. The upfront cost has paid for itself many time over. Intuitive software like this would be helpful for the brainy doctors, great at helping people, not always so great with accounting and billing. A product like this be helpful for the Chiropractic student. It would give them an understanding of the business aspects of running a clinic. Good luck finding anything comparable to this software.

Excellent software. It's very easy to use and work with. I love being able to go online and chat with someone almost immediately and have my question answered. Each support person goes above and beyond to help each and every time I need it. Try it out. You will be glad you did.

The software is easy to use once you get through the training. There are so many options they've added recently that really increase staff productivity and patient retention. They've added more employees and highly trained them. Wait times are now less than 5 minutes, and I usually get my call answered immediately. If there is any problem, CT will get on your computer via logmein and fix the issue for you. We've used ChiroTouch since 2013. When we sold our practice and relocated to another state, we immediately purchased the software again. I highly recommend ChiroTouch!

Lawrence and the crew at Chirotouch have always been willing and very capable of answering our questions and improving the system based on recommendations. We have been using Chirotouch for since 2010 and have loved it. Every aspect of it is easy to use, for the doctors as well as the support staff. I as, Office Manager love the accounting side of it. Our doctors love the premium intake, which cuts alot of time off of their note writing.
