Last October, the rollout of ICD 10 forced me to update my old software. I did a bunch of research and decided to give ChiroFusion a chance.I was immediately impressed by how much support was available. After signup I was immediately emailed and within a few days I was doing a 1 on 1 implementation webinar with Maria. Once I had a grasp of the software, and it did not take long as it is very well laid out, Maria followed up with me to see if there were any questions now that I was using the software.I am no super techie person and I was able to quickly navigate adding patients, exams, SOAP notes and billing.Compared to my old software, I estimate that ChiroFusion has saved my office at least 4-5 hours per week in terms of billing and SOAP notes.If you are on the fence, consider giving ChiroFusion a shot, you will not be sorry.

The software is very easy to use. Step by step instruction the whole way through. From Technical Support to the Webinar videos, the process is easy and transition from your old program to the new is smooth and without frustration.

Chirofusion is intuitive and produces a detailed customizable exam and soap. It automatically creates the 1500 bill and keeps track of patient accounts. The program is an elegant product the likely does more then what I am using it for. 

I didn't realize how clunky and difficult my old EHR was until I got into this one. CF has saved me A TON of time. What's more is the team that operates it behind the scenes is exceptionally customer oriented, very responsive, and very helpful. Before I even paid a dime, I asked for a detail to be added to a drop down menu and it was done the same day. I've been very impressed with this system and the team behind it. I recommend it to any and every chiropractor.

This is my first experience with an EMR system and I must say I am very pleased with ChiroFusion software. And the customer service is second to none. If you are considered going paperless in your office, do yourself a favor and give ChiroFusion a try. You will not be disappointed.

This software is easy to learn and use. Detailed, professional reports/SOAP notes. Billing made easy. Price is second to none. 

The support for this product is excellent. Maria answered all of our questions and was extremely patient with us. I started with paper notes and they are making my transition to electronic notes and billing a breeze. For these reasons, I highly recommend ChiroFusion software and their services. 

I have worked with several different chiropractic office software programs over the years and I have to say that ChiroFusion is the most streamlined of all. Our first day live with the program was a breeze.I especially like the Exam and SOAP note feature, the most comprehensive and easiest by far of all the ones I have used plus the chiropractic SOAP notes that it creates are awesome!

As a chiropractor who's been using ChiroFusion software for about two months now and can honestly say that it's exceeded my expectations on every level. Despite being 'technically challenged', I found this software very easy to learn and use. The staff was great and offered me a two hour one on one training session when I signed up to make sure I was able to use the software proficiently. I was skeptical about their 10 second SOAP and claim when I first signed up, but found this to be accurate for the most part. It takes me closer to 20 seconds, but hey, no complaints here. This feature alone has saved my staff countless hours in paperwork and charge entry. I also love that there's no software to install or update and that I can login from any computer that has internet access. I would like to see them at some point incorporate automated text reminders into their scheduler since some people don't always check their email for the reminders. Overall, it's a solid program that should suffice for most doctors looking for a complete system at an affordable price. 

After spend many hours testing software for my center, I say honestly that ChiroFusion is the best ehr for chiropractors. It very easy to use and come loaded with features expensive software systems don’t have. I also say that the quality of the SOAP notes that this system produces exceeds my expectations. Very detailed note in shortest amount of time is possible. The auto generate claims and electronic billing saves my staff many hours a week in data entry. Customer service is very good and responsive to my questions, even on nights and weekends.  For these reasons, I give this company a 5 banana rating in all categories! 

Making the switch from our prior practice management software of several years was a stressful task for our practice. Brian and the rest of the ChiroFusion team promised to make the transition as smooth as possible and followed through completely. We were up and running within minutes and were pleasantly surprised at how easy the software was to learn and use. It has all the features necessary for scheduling, documentation and billing. We love that we can log into the system from any computer and never have to update software.

We have been very happy with the system and service thus far and would highly recommend them to other chiropractors looking for a solid EHR for their office.
