Pros:
- Simple setup. Don't have to change your current software.
- Allows you to focus resources on treating patients and managing your office.
- Eliminates time wasted dealing with insurance companies.
- No need to hire, train and manage billing personnel.
- Good client support.
- Free EHR if you don't already have software.
- Their rates are very good compared to other companies.

Cons:
- Higher levels of service will cost you more - meaning that if you want them to enter data like demographics, insurance coverage info and daily charges you'll pay a higher rate. I recommend having a staff member enter this info and saving some money.

I was asked by ChiroFusion to submit a company review on this site. When I initially hired them, it was more of a crisis management situation than anything else. My billing woman had quit on me (just prior to me firing her) and my AR were a mess. 63% were 120 days and beyond. I was forced to take out a LOC in order to cover office expenses. I hired ChiroFusion last October with the assumption that they could collect on a significant portion of these outstanding receivables. Although it's still a work in progress, I'm very satisfied with the job they have done for me thus far. I finally have payments coming in again on a regular basis and my 120 AR is at about 45%.

Like I said earlier, they walked into a real mess when I hired them. My office probably isn't representative of the typical office. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied and recommend their chiropractic billing software and service to others who are in my situation or searching for a reliable billing company. 

Overall I've been happy with the service I've received from Chirofusion. I decided to use my own EHR software when I signed up with them (Eclipse), which wasn't a problem. Client support is for the most part has been excellent. There has been one or two occasions where it's taken them a few hours to get back to me but I wouldn't say this is reflective of the overall level of service they have provided. Their fees are fair and reasonable for the amount of work they do. If you are someone who doesn't want to deal with billing and collections, or take on new employees for billing purposes, a billing service is the way to go. 

Chirofusion has been providing billing services for our office since Aug 2012. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy. Their fees are also extremely reasonable for the amount of work they do. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending them as a company to do business with.

The only thing I'm responsible for these days is entering patient demographics and daily charges. They handle everything else concerning billing.
